Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping same day on orders before 12:00 (CET).

Please note that we do not ship during weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 CET and during weekends are shipped on Monday.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (FREE SHIPPING ABOVE €100,-)

The Netherlands & Belgium: €4,95 

Europe: €10,- 

Outside Europe: €20,- 

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any added duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a track & trace number. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few hours / day to update.

The estimated delivery time depends on your country. Please check your shipping and track & trace number for the estimated delivery time.

If you notice any delays or issues while tracking your package please contact the carrier for help. We are not able to provide additional insight on packages once they are en route.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will help resolve the issue.

Yes, you can cancel or change your order within 1 hour after your placed and paid the order. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges

If you want to return your item(s) please contact us (Dutch or English) within 14 days after purchase with your order number and reason. *Please note that earrings may not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons. 

If you've met the above requirements, please e-mail us with the following information:

- Order number

- Item(s) to return

- Return reason

- Comments (optional)

When your return request has been authorised we will contact you via e-mail with the return address and further details. 

To secure the arrival of your return, we always recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your item(s).

If you want to exchange your item(s) please contact us (Dutch or English) within 14 days after purchase with your order number and reason. *Please note that earrings may not be exchanged  due to hygienic purposes.

We will offer a complete refund if the item(s) is (are) returned in an unworn condition and original packaging including the packing slip

Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Once returned items are received in undamaged and unworn conditions, refunds will issued within 15 days.
